今日のお弁当

おはようございます
今日は、おじいさんの人生最後の遠足です。島根のアクアスに行くそうです。
お母さん、行楽弁当は作らないでね、フツーのごくフツーのいつものお弁当がいい。花の形の人参とか、ちらし寿司とか、そう言うのは、ちょっと。。。
と、おじいさん。
心配しなくて良いのだよ、朝早くから作れないから！と思いましたが、言ってません。

Good morning
Today my son is going on his final school excursion in his life. Going to Aquas, an aquarium in Shimane.
He asked me not to make a special bento for a leisure activity, such as a bento with flower-shaped carrot or Chirashi-sushi, just to make an ordinary bento.
A special bento is a little different from his taste.
He didn't need to worry about that because I can't make a special bento early in the morning, just thought, didn't say.


梅塩おにぎり rice balls seasoned with plum salt.
鯵フライ トマトと大葉のソース deep-fried mackerel with tomato and Japanese basil sauce.
卵焼き rolled omelette
キャベツとハムのソテー sauteed ham and cabbage
きんぴら牛蒡 Kimpira of fried Gobo burdock, carrot, Chikuwa and sesami seasoned with soy-sauce, sugar, sweet sake and ginger.
